To be fair, it all worked fine and is well maintained, but the building reflected its age. It was a little pricey when we stayed, because of a host of events in town. But it should be affordable in quieter times - great for families or those on tighter budgets. The upside - it is close to beach, and the limited dining options at Kings Beach. "

"Deb and Dave were wonderful hosts. On arrival, Deb took us to our room, showed us how everything worked, told us how to get in contact with her if we needed anything. The unit was exactly what we were after, location was spot on and the kids loved the pool! The gardens were beautifully maintained and there was a gate at the rear of the property that was a short cut to the main area of Kings Beach. We had a single car garage with a remote controlled door which was awesome knowing our car was...
