"This was one of my favorite short-term rentals. Easy drive to Sequioa National Forest. Very walkable area with loads of good restaurants, coffee shops, and the like. The Saturday market, which was about 1.5 miles away, was fantastic if you like fresh produce. Soccer City 1852–a brewery and indoor soccer facility—is a can’t miss. The house was spacious, clean, and had a nice yard and grill. No complaints, only positives from my crew."

"Erika's house was just about as advertised and definitely met the needs of our family while we were in town for a wedding. However, several small issues added up to a less than desirable stay. We arrived to find puddles of water on the floor near the laundry area and cleaned it with a towel. We then discovered that there were only enough towels for the 4 of us (no hand or kitchen towels) including the one for the floor. "Centrally located for Fresno A's/Grizzlies games, Fresno St Univ., and National Parks. Nice quiet property. Neighborhood was nice. Family and I felt safe walking around in early evening hours."

"The property is delightful. Small and compact but very efficient. It was just my husband and I and our Golden Retriever. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, but very little for spices. So if you plan to cook there you might want to check that out. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and the access was the easiest we have ever had. Plus the owner was super reponsive."

"We enjoyed the spacious house with nice touches, including pool and pool table. Pro tip: Use street parking. Driveway to front door has no pathway so you'll be walking back to street anyways. ***Do not lock yourself out! Because I absent mindedly left through the garage with the deabolt locked, i found myself locked out. Front door key code is only ingress. Owner had to send a locksmith out to get me back in."

"We went to visilia for a wedding and found this cute place! We have two toddlers that loved playing in the backyard and there was of course the pool that looked amazing and refreshing to get in , sadly because of how short our trip was we didn’t get to enjoy it . One of the best perks of this place was near it was near everything amazing shopping centers and near any restaurant. honestly one of the best Vrbos I have stayed in ."

"Lots of space, nice pool, happy with our stay. The home feels tired/used and is clearly a rental property, but met our needs. We used it as a base for Sequoia and King's Canyon, so we weren't there for the home itself. Very solid property that met expectations, but with some updates it could be much nicer. Thanks for hosting us!"
