Our surprise was that, while we made our reservations on Hotels.com, the pet fee was hard to notice, and we were stunned when we arrived to see that we were charged $150 for 1 night of having a 15 lb. hypo-allergenic dog. We definitely would not have booked the Residence Inn had we been aware of that. Also, the coffee station coffee was all lukewarm, and the hot water urn was clearly not a dedicated urn for hot water; the tea tasted as much...
