"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything that we needed at the hotel and in the room. "

"There are over 400 rooms in the hotel and check-in took a bit of time was expected. The bathroom is very big and clean. The downside was room was not bright enough and the twin single beds were very narrow."

"This is an amazing hotel in a very convenient location. It is within easy walking distance of London Eye and Westminster but it is also super easy to get public transport to the heart of central London (Piccadilly/Oxford Street). Lambeth North underground station is very close and multiple bus routes stop at the nearby bus stop. The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The self check in and check out system is simple and very efficient and there are also very friendly staff on hand to assist. I will definitely book here again when I am next in London."
