"1. Air conditioning (cooling) was very poor. It was very hot in the room. 2. The light in the bathroom was not sufficient.It was difficult to shave without cutting yourself. 3.The entry for the shower in the tub was very high, there was a chance of slipping 4. The room was not cleaned properly even when requested 5. No drinking water in the room. No fridge, no safe in the room 6. Front desk staff was friendly 7. There was no liquid body soap in the bottle. Realised only after I had wet myself....

The grounds are magical with highland cows over the hill and sheep grazing down the garden. The staff are lovely and the dining options are wonderful.
