Beautiful hotel and ideal for staying before travelling from Manchester Airport. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. We were asked to provide our arrival time but the room wasn’t ready yet, and the bar was full when we arrived with staff, so we had to wait in a cramped corner. The WiFi also wasn’t working throughout our stay. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay!

Great location for China Town area, Hotel lobby clean and modern. Rooms in need of refurbishment definitely new beds and mattresses. Friendly staff, breakfast ok. Make sure you pre book the carpark Qpark using link The Alan email you so you can use the code they give to get money off carpark as it is £35 a night, the code doesn’t work if you don’t book beforehand. Personally I won’t stay here again we stay over in Manchester regularly and there’s a lot better hotels to choose from, but everyone has their own standard/preferences.
