Ideally situated in a quiet setting just a few minutes' stroll from the heart of downtown, this spacious Duck home is Outer Banks living at its most convenient, comfortable, and fun. Spend seemingly endless summer days enjoying your very own pool and hot tub, basking in the breeze on three levels of outdoor space, and taking in gorgeous views of sunsets over the sound from the top-floor sundeck.

This custom home boasts a prime location on the oceanside - on a tranquil, rarely trafficked cul-de-sac that's only a few houses from Duck's downtown district. As such, you can leave your cars in the driveway, avoid the summer traffic, and walk to dozens of local businesses and restaurants. Within strolling distance you'll find the playground at Town Park, a kayak launch, the soundside boardwalk, and live music at Duck Amphitheater.

This home is located in a beautiful setting within the town of Duck. Enjoy a fenced backyard surrounded by trees. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, take a dip in the pool and hot tub, and light the gas grill for an evening barbecue as your kids play in the sandbox. Between the pool terrace, the covered pavilion, the shaded decks, and the sundeck upstairs, you'll have ample space to unwind (with an outdoor speaker system provided for the pool area and upper deck).

Inside, the house spans a generous 3,217 square feet, with an elevator connecting all three levels. It's the perfect layout for gathering, with the lovely kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), dining room, and living room (with a seasonal gas fireplace and TV) lined with windows on the top floor. You'll find a primary suite on this floor, four bedrooms (including two with en suite bathrooms) on the middle floor, and a kids' bedroom downstairs with direct access to the billiard room. There are TVs in every bedroom, a private washer/dryer to take care of the swimsuits and beach towels, and central AC and WiFi throughout the house.

Things to Know
The pool is available from May through mid-October.
The gas fireplace is available from October until April.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Occupancy is limited to 12 (two people per bedroom) per Dare County septic regulations.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.
