Great place to stay. The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 7 adults and 7 kids ages 4 months to 15 years old. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub and it was easy walking distance to the beach and sound. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect place for our family to reunite.. The elevator was a big plus for us. Short Walk to Beach in morning.. Pool in the afternoon ... Grilling up our dinners... but definitely enjoyed the local restaurants... Do not miss Duck Donuts! Wild Horse Tour worth the $$. Walk to sound for sunsets....

This house was awesome. The location in Duck was super convenient. The owners communicated great and we all enjoyed our stay so much. Pool and Hot tub were a big plus. Easy short 3-4 min walk to the beach, very private and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Sp happy the OBX is opened back up! We felt safe everywhere we went.

Property was everything as described. Home is furnished with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Short walk to beach or sound. Loved having our own private swimming pool and having an elevator since this is a 3 story home. One of our best vacation stays ever.

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The house had a great layout was great for my family. There was enough room and plenty of things to do. The pool, hot tub, game room, pool table and beach were great! My family really had a wonderful time. The Warren's were great and easy to work with. I will book this house again.

This house was great, perfect for our family girls getaway! The house was clean, plenty of room for all of us. The handicap accessibility was just what we needed and the elevator worked and was very useful. Also a quick walk to the beach. House had all the supplies that we needed. Would highly recommend for any family, great house!

A wonderful property! We loved the close proximity to the beach. The pool was a perfect size for our family. The accommodations were very well suited for our family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. A huge kitchen and very large dining room table where we could all sit together for meals. Everyone wants to come back again! Great memories were made!

Nicely appointed, spacious, clean, with plenty of room to spread out. Great location, walk to both ocean or sound. 2 miles to commercial area of Duck. We were here at the end of April, and loved that lack of crowds. Weather was perfect. Point Trinitie is definitely on our list of repeat destinations. We highly recommend this rental. The home looks even better in person. It was clean and the nicely decorated with an updated beachy feel. Everything we needed for our toddlers was already there such as high chair, crib, gates , kitchenware, toys etc which was nice. About a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great!
