"We arrived at Odin on 21 Dec. The lobby looks renovated but had TVs, tools, debris and construction materials all over the place. As we got off the lift, the hallway had construction materials strewn all over the floor with broken frame beds, broken nightstands and broken A/Cs. The first room, the safe was broken, it didn’t have a shower head, the door to the balcony would not lock, & there were clearly missing pieces of furniture in the room. "Its the second time I’m coming to Pek House during my stay in Phuket. Nuna the host is amazing super helpful with everything and kind. Pek house is a bit out of the centre (20 min by walk) of Phuket, is close to the pier where the ferry to phiphi departing. Is is a quiet area and rooms are clean. "Let me start off by saying that the staff member, the husband and wife are extremely nice. This hotel has no let me say it again no elevator and the Wi-Fi doesn’t even exist up in our room. They put my family up on the 4 floor two adults and two kidsr. We had to carry our luggage, super heavy up to the fourth floor and back down when we checked out. "What a gem this place is. Owners and their family were so welcoming and friendly. Helpful in every way they could be. The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. "One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, right in the heart of the Patong District! So convenient for walking around and shopping. Felt very safe and thankful to have stayed at this incredible hotel. The gym, breakfast, and rooftop pool/bar were absolutely amazing. 5/5 stars for all the amenities and staff were so incredible. Helen helped me so much! Would recommend if you are staying for the first time in Phuket!"

"Second visit to the hotel great as always. We had 2 bedroom suites which was great for family of 4. Only main issues are the swimming pool chair hogs. Towels put down over night or super early when it’s dark but they don’t actually turn up till after lunch - the pool staff should monitor this if not returned to bed in 1 hour remove the stuff."
