We had a lovely stay at the Fuji View Hotel. You can choose a room facing either Mt. Fuji or Lake Kawaguchi, though the actual view depends on the weather. Kawaguchiko Hotel
My partner and I loved our traditional stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had an amazing time site seeing the 5 Lakes and soaking up the views from our hotel window. Highly recommend.
