"I waited in line to be checked in all while watching 4 clerks help the guests in front of me. After waiting 15 minutes, a Caucasian man walks in the lobby and one of the front desk clerks steps over and helps him immediately!!! I had to wait another 5 minutes before someone cared enough to help me?! Our driver dropped us off at the main building instead of the corner building, but the bellman was so nice helping us get to the right building. He was probably what made the experience great. ...
