"Beautiful hotel but only had 30 banana lounges by the pool so very difficult based on the size of the hotel to get a seat, it’s also a wedding facility so on weekends half the pool area is closed and all tables and chairs are used for their functions. Restaurant was excellent. Be prepared to wait 5 minutes minimum for the lift on every occasion. "

"In addition to the central location, what really makes M Hotel great is the staff. They are unfailingly courteous and helpful, always with an easy smile. They even lept into action when I forgot my expensive rain jacket at a restaurant across the street, only remembering the next morning at the airport. They retrieved it and drove out to the airport to hand it to me. Unbelievable!"
