"We booked this apartment because of the balcony views... whilst it was super hot during the afternoon, it was definitely worth it. The location is ideal right next to the lake and only a 20minute walk away from old town. The restaurant next door is delicious - we would have loved to have eaten there more but there were so many options near by! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. "

"I originally booked the Essenza location. Because it was late in the season, Hotel Casa del Mare closed this location and booked us into Vizura which is brand new and nice with a lovely view but not on the water. We were traveling with another couple and we were very surprised to find that they were re-booked into yet another location Amforra, which was further away from Kotor. "Not bad location, however one needs to drive to get to any civilisation i.e. 7 km to Kotor & 7 km to Perast. Close to the "beach" & swim in the Bay. View not as nice as on the photo. I had the room looking at the mountain's top on the main road side, pretty nie. The host - a nice lady but doesn't speak English. "Great property, able to accomodate a number of us across a set up of 3 individual apartments which share a pool and entrance. We had a great time. Good social spaces for when we all wanted to eat together, etc. Manager of the property is lovely and did everything she could to make our visit enjoyable. Nice area, with a couple of local restaurants. Various things to do locally. We all particularly enjoyed the boat trip around a number of different sites."

"The apartment was clean and fully equipped with "hardware" (all the cooking implements you'd need), has good wifi and AC. It's close to Kotor but a bit of a walk on a fairly harrowing road for the uninitiated. It was as advertised - always a good thing. Pater was a responsive host. The only ding would be in the "software" - 1 roll of toilet paper, no paper towels or napkins, no laundry deterent and no garbage/recycling bags . ..perhaps a cleaning crew oops - but for almost a two week stay,...
