"The property and surroundings are great, however they are getting the basics wrong which leads to an overall negative experience. Checkin in was delayed by 30 mins. "This hotel is up a hillside with the most spectacular views! The staff are incredibly welcoming and bend over backwards to help you. We loved their WhatsApp feature so you could easily message reception with any questions. "Perfect location in the old town. We loved staying here, so you had the city a bit more to yourself in the morning. Lovely hotel restaurant in pretty square for breakfast and dinner.
