"Very enjoyable stay at Kiani beach resort. Rooms are a good size, surroundings are beautiful- mountains one side and sea the other. Dining options in the resort are very good! Lots of lovely options and plenty of Greek qui sine. Drinks are a little disappointing. Would be good to have more fresh juices and non alcoholic options. The beach is lovely - Sandy and wonderful crystal clear waters for swimming. The indoor pools are also very lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"We had a really relaxing time at the Kalyves beach hotel. What wasn’t clear to us at booking was the “all inclusive” and “all inclusive welcome gift” option. We went for the latter which gave us the “all inclusive plus” package at the hotel and was well worth the small extra cost, giving us unlimited cocktails, room upgrade and discount on the spa. "A great stay here in Crete, if you’re planning to come here from Heraklion I suggest renting a car (around 1 hour and 30 minutes from there). The resort is stunning, all new and with attentive staff. The food offered at the buffet was great, many options and with excellent desserts. The room was modern and stunning, I loved the pool on the balcony. The beach is long and stunning with nice beach beds. Overall I loved my stay here. "

The location was perfect for us, as a family being within easy reach of local restaurants and shops selling lovely gifts! You can easily walk around this pretty village with it's beautiful sandy beach and calm sea which was just a stones throw away from the hotel room. Would definitely revisited. "

"We arrived quite late, about 10.30pm, but the staff checked us in quickly and the restaurant serves up to midnight so we had supper there. The food was excellent and the restaurant staff extremely attentive. The hotel is opposite the port, so not really gorgeous scenery but nevertheless we'd certainly stay there again. The hotel is of a very high standard and rooms have everything a resident would require, including parking. Highly recommended."

"Great place to stay to visit the area. We only stayed one night so we could visit the Samaria Gorge but wish we'd have been staying longer! The rooms have everything you need and the staff were very welcoming. The food was very tasty and we even went back for an evening meal after the Gorge!! The free transfers to the gorge are also really good. Definitely deserves more than 2 stars!!"
