Nice and clean hotel with very good price. Helpful staff. Close locations to all interesting places to visit in walking distance. Access to public transportation and train station. Fantastic breakfast . I have to leave in a hurry and left lot of things behind me. Hotel staff take care for all my belongings and my friend picked it up very next day. Thank you guys for that. I recommended this small and nice hotel for every one!!!

Location of the accommodation was excellent, the communication received from the Hotel was excellent too, sorting out transport too and from hotel and booking our excursions. 2 minute walk to the main square

Lovely hotel with added extra of using the kitchen
Lovely staff, booked trips easy with them and always polite. Breakfast basic but lovely and plenty available Very close to the square and all amenities. Returned emails promptly and arranged transfers eSily.

unsafe at night. was nearly attacked on the first night after crossing the road from the hotel.dont know why polish men think they have the right to think they can do this to women.must be your culture as the poles in england are also a disgrace!!! no staff on reception to inform. not that anything would have been done anyway as the police in poland are corrupt. the shower was terrible!!! constant cold water!!!. lack of staff spoilt the hotel stay. wouldnt stay here again.

Near to bus and train station. Cosy roooms. We were suppose to reach hotel at 11pm and the reception closes at 8pm but a member of staff was waiting for us till 11pm. Thank you

arrived by train with a short walk arrived at apart-hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite I only spoke English. Nice breakfast on the second floor, with drip coffee. close to civic center. booked for one night stayed three.

I stayed here 5 nights. A nice place. Great location. Clean. Good wifi. Two slight problems. The bed sheet was too small and wouldn't stay tucked in. That means whenever you move the sheet bunches up and you end up sleeping on the bare mattress. Also, a couple of days breakfast wasn't fully set up--one morning there were no clean bowls or spoons and another morning the amount of food was limited when there were many guests.

Hotel in posizione strategica, il personale molto gentile, ci hanno cercato e prenotato la visita ad Auschwitz. Ottima la pulizia, credo sia uno degli hotel più puliti che io abbia frequentato. L’unica cosa che non mi ha entusiasmato molto è la colazione, il reparto dolcì era scadente. Per tutto il resto da ritornarci.

Einfaches Hotel in einem alten Mehrfamilienhaus. Sehr gut gelegen zwischen der Altstadt und dem Hauptbahnhof. Freundliche, unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel bietet nicht viel Konfort und Luxus, aber ist angenehm und dafür günstig.

Sijainti hyvä, hotelli ei niinkään.
Sijainti oli hyvä, aivan vanhankaupungin ulkopuolella ja kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta. Hotelli itsessään menetteli, huoneet isot ja korkeat. Sängyt olivat surkeat, matalat ja narisivat jokaisesti pienestäkin liikkeestä. Aamupalassa ei kehuttavaa, tarjolla leipää ja jogurttia, joskus pari nakkia tai keitettyä kananmunaa, ei joka aamu.. Sopii halpaa yöpymistä etsivälle, jonka tarkoitus on vain yöpyä hotellilla.
