"This hotel was great for everything we found . Travelled with husband and son and stayed in triple room which was very comfortable, spacious and warm, especially as when we were there it was February and very cold outside. Tea and coffee in room was also a bonus. Staff were very helpful and restaurant staff friendly. Loved happy hour! Perfectly situated for walking around Krakow only 12 minutes walk from Krakow old town and 6 minutes from the Jewish district . Would highly recommend if visiting Krakow for the first time and wanting to see and absorb the history of the area - the Melex cars are a good way to do this without getting lost and tired with all the walking- these are the electric golf cart buggies that you can hire with commentary , we had a great driver who stopped and waited for us to look around and take pictures and answered all of our questions. The restaurants all look very good in fact we wandered for ages trying to make our minds up , as did others we met doing the same thing - in truth we didn’t have a bad meal anywhere - all reasonable prices compared to England and excellent service all round. A must is to try the street food in the Jewish quarter- absolutely delicious and spoilt for choice. All in all we had a very emotional and humbling visit to this beautiful place and are coming again just before Christmas to enjoy the beautiful square and Christmas market. "

"Hotel is very nice and clean really liked but the girl with glasses who work in restaurant at evening time on the date 17/02/2025 doesn’t listen Costemer order and she is very ignorant she act like she own hotel and looking at people from above. Deep note : car park is not free it’s around £20 a night "

"Lovely hotel on a quiet side street close the old market square. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel does not have many amenities and we didn’t take breakfast at the nearby restaurant as we opted to try a different cafe each morning. There are so many places nearby it was very easy to do. We would definitely stay here again. "
