We had a wonderful experience with Connor while at the self service kiosk. He is great. Other staff engagements were good. The common spaces on the main floor were a mess. Empty glasses, dirty tables and garbage everywhere. I understand that there are a lot of people at any given time eating in your restaurants, drinking in bars, enjoying the casino or just walking thru but you never see anyone cleaning up. I saw the same dirty tables multiple times never having been cleared and wiped down. The hotel room was extremely disappointing. The website does not reflect the space accurately with the exception of two beds. I would not return to this hotel and would not ever recommend it to others.

We went on a weekday and I liked that the property was relatively quiet compared to other Las Vegas hotels. I traveled with kids and I liked that the hotel was quiet and didn't smell of smoke. Location wise it was good that we just had to cross the street to go to Circus Circus to get the kids entertained. Being the newest hotel on the Strip, I had high expectations, but Fontaine Bleu was very underwhelming compared to other hotels on the strip. It's only a year old but it looks dated. It looks like it was refurbished, not brand new. I especially was disappointed by their toiletries. The smell of their soap, shampoo and conditioner were very musky and unpleasant for my nose. The containers were so hard to use as well. It was a struggle getting the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel out of the bottles.

First there was no parking and is an additional cost at $40 per car / night. Besides that and the construction I loved everything about this place. There’s a bar and lounge that if staying for a few nights looks like I would really enjoy the space it’s its own lil vibe. The look is so retro and gives the feel of old money. It’s literally walking distance to rodeo drive. There are so many eating spots that look so delish. And at under $150 a night how can you go wrong (that was our price last min booking). I really wish I stayed longer to enjoy the area. If you’re looking for a nice yet cost affordable place to stay in Beverly Hills I highly recommend staying here! Not to mention the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I do have one warning…. The elevator is super old and takes forever I thought it wasn’t moving and I was stuck but it’s just suuuuuuper slow…

Very clean and luxurious

Great night life. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful EXCEPT for the concierge...they couldnt snswer basic questions. There should be more amenities in the room. Such as:charger ports, better reception on the t.v. The room had a stale odor. Overall iwould give the property an 8 out of 10.
