"We stayed here for our final 2 nights in Ouarzazate. We booked the suite which easily accommodated us as a family of 2 adults and 2 children and was beautifully decorated and had an incredible view from the large terrace accessible from our room. Ali the host was friendly and accommodating of our family. "The worst hotel we stayed in. The only saving grace was the location next to monkey finger, and the hike we did into the mountain with a guide from the hotel. The hotel was unlike the photos , it was unclean, room very sparse not even face towels or soap, no chair to seat on. Sockets come out of the wall as you use them. Breakfast at a surcharge was terrible no eggs just some bread , jam, chocolate spread and cheap yogurt ."

"We stayed in a bungalow, and also had dinner at Dar Jnane. Hosts were friendly. Garden was a nice setting, and we enjoyed a walk to the old village and the palmerie in the evening. Dar Jnane was a pleasant stop en route to M’Hamid and Erg Chigaga. "

"They did not seem to expect us, as we arrived somewhat late (9pm). There was not a room available, so they put us in what seemed to be a family guest house that someone had been using throughout the day. The room was not clean. "

"Approaching from the main road on the unpaved street with partly finished neighbouring buildings was uninviting. Exterior of the riad looks nice but it faces onto the garden and isnt within view. Interior is tastefully decorated but the smell of the nearby farm animals wafting through the building was unpleasant. "I paid for the night via credit card prior to arrival. I showed her my credit card statement and she said No you must pay now. It was complete bulls***. Dont stay here. Go anywhere else and only pay one time"
