"The house was beautiful with wonderful sea views and very well kept and homely. Quality room. Location was mixed as very close to the blowhole attraction, one small Beach with coral and over longer bay with quiet waves; however it's a long way from a supermarket, bus stop or restaurant and up some rocky steps uphill which was difficult for my partner who was using crutches. "I booked this place on a whim. It had very good reviews and at the price point, I assumed it had to be excellent. I was very disappointed. The room was clean enough, but it didn't even have a chair or table. The only place to sit was the bed. There was a blue light around the ceiling that I couldn't turn off at night. The fridge leaked. "We were greeted with a delicious welcome juice and a cold towel. Check in was speedy, bags were promptly delivered to our room and the room itself was spacious, cool and with a nice view. The hotel provides towels for the beach as well as the pool and the breakfast was a good spread with an egg station. All staff were friendly and calm. Coconut tree hill is a very short walk and mirissa beach was 200lrk in a tuk tuk but was also walkable. Would definitely stay again"
