"We had an excellent stay for my family of 4. Great location in Old Town right by the river and in close proximity to restaurants. The mattresses for the beds set up for my children were a little too firm but that was the only improvement - we were happy that they had their own beds here as most hotels we are staying at only have a sofa bed from them. "

"The staff was SO nice and helpful. The gentlemen at the front desk were great and very quick to offer assistance. The breakfast was good, albeit kind of expensive so we only did it on our first morning there. The property is by everything - a block away from the Zurich HB, across the way is a bakery / chocolate shop and a short walk to the river side, plus lots of places to eat in the vicinity. "

"Beautiful hotel. The two negatives were that we needed laundry service and it wasn’t available on the weekends. And the parking was offsite during a time when roads were closed off so it took us some time to get into the hotel. But the hotel and area were great. And staff was super helpful!"
