"We've stayed here a few times now - great for overnight layovers at YVR. The hotel is very clean, rooms are well appointed and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff are courteous and professional. The dining options on site are high end or food court...nothing really in between. That said the soup place in the casino has fantastic bbq pork/wonton soup and is fast, reasonable, and open late, A lifesaver after a late arrival."

"This is an adequate hotel, rooms are clean but some small touches would improve it, shower curtain liner smelled like BO, towels have very little life left in them, and bathroom sink didn’t drain. Best part of the hotel is the breakfast, I will say they provide more breakfast here than I see at most hotels like this, things I’m picky about, why do mini fridges always make noise when you are sleeping, how come hot food at breakfast is barely warm, it’s almost like there is a hotel training course that says no one like hot food and hey make sure the towels are only big enough for 6 year olds."

"The price, living set up (1 bedroom suite), free parking right outside the home, walkway was very well lit up at night, location was excellent. Nice and quiet in a good neighborhood. As we were visiting family in Richmond, we didn't spend a lot of time in the suite, just there to sleep. Host was extremely responsive. Would stay there again."

"I request to chack in 2 hours early because i had a meeting mrng 6 Am and they didn’t charge extra nd allow me . But only think disappointed no water there , even to tap in kitchen , when i asked to manager she said use from washroom nd boild it , mean seriously why i drink from washroom if paying 134$ . Even room was street side , all night car horrows disturbed alot"
