"Hotel is unmanned with no lobby attendant. Everything is done virtually through a video concierge in the lobby. When giving the room code it wasnt the safest as they put it on the screen and others can see your detailed information on at check in if you dont block the screen from others. Overall very spacious layout with tons of room for Tokyo and it was clean. About 10 mins walk to Dotonbori or the subway. Heating/AC unit is a bit hard to get setup properly but once its set its good."

"Tldr: the actual place reflected the price. Nothing explicitly wrong but the pictures advertising it were deceptive. Nothing explicitly wrong with the place, i think the pictures used by the property were a little deceptive but considering the price I wasn't upset. It was a very secure and convenient location. "E-Stay Namba is an excellent choice for staying in Osaka! Its location is perfect, with countless shops, restaurants, train stations, and attractions nearby. The staff was accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour earlier than the scheduled time. The property itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. "Love the space! With a family of 5, there is ample room for everyone and space for 4 big luggages and loads of shopping bag. I stayed for 12nights, and tne only con was that there isnt room service where the rooms get cleaned. It got a little dusty after a week and got a bit uncomfortable. "Great apartment style accomodation option within easy walking distance from Kyoto station. Loft C comfortably accommodated 3 people. Good quality appliances. Netflix can be accessed via the room TV. Guest laundry opposite reception. There are various loan items available for guests (board games etc). Directly opposite Higashi Honganji temple which is well worth a visit. Friendly staff. An annoying thing about the room was the motion sensor lights in the toilet and by the front door. "
