"I had a wonderful stay in this hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was amazing with a incredible view, the location could not be better close to many restaurants, shops and a huge supermarket right in the back of the hotel. Thanks for the high level of service!"
"Rooms were larger than normal for Japan. Right next to the train station. Drug Store open late next door. Large shopping mall across the street with a supermarket open 10a to 8p. For the breakfast , dont get there at the stop time as everything is put away. Very few selections and all things that were supposed to be hot were cold. Very low rating for breakfast."
"Thank you very much for a wonderful stay at the Nipponia Sasayama Castle Town Hotel.
The staff was fabulous, very attentive and very helpful.
I particularly loved the different "set"breakfasts options. "
"The staff is amazing. The environment is just a really awesome experience. If you are wanting to get away from the city, I would definitely recommend here."
"Great hotel, great location next to train station, grocery stores, malls and dining. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was good too. Definitely recommend and will be staying here when I visit again"
"This property was absolutely epic. Extremely fast communication, gorgeous house and delicious dinner coordinated during a time when most things are shut. Mari and her team were so great. We regretted we didn't have more than one night to enjoy this picturesque village and perfect house. It surpassed all expectations. My group was 6 family members and we stayed at 8 different places all over Japan for a two week adventure and all 6 agreed this property ranked #1 of all. Can't wait to return and...
"First of all it’s easy to reach as they offer pick up. It is beautiful Japanese countryside. That family is extremely welcoming. All in all an absolutely recommended"

"This place is incredible. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. The food is incredible. The area around it is amazing- great food and lots to see. "
"Beautiful property. Rooms a bit dated and small though. 5 private onsens which you dont need to book. Really busy during the day but from midnight could walk into any of them. Public onsen as well. Free ice cream, tea and daily basic ramen between 10:30 - 11:30am. Was a nice break away and near Arashiyama"

"Highly recommended. The staff was attentive to every small detail and was super helpful with suggestions for my trip and reservations for amazing dining in the area. I am usually very picky about hotels and do not have a single complaint. Breakfast was also top quality and the spa is amazing. 10 out of 10"

"This hotel has excellent amenities (PJ, slippers, coffee in room, good size room, king bed, mini frig). The location is within walking distance of bamboo forest, monkeys, rail station. Easy taxi ride to other sites. There are breakfast places and dinner places also within walking distance. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. "
