我們是和小朋友的家庭旅遊，選擇住的是Suite, 有足夠的空間。服務員非常友善及細心。早餐雖然簡單但可口。唯一稍遜的是附近沒有什麼食店及便利商店，但就離竹田站只3分鐘。

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were English guides in the room to help us use the water heater and air conditioning. There was parking onsite and it was close to the train station. There is a market and several restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. If we come back to Kyoto we would stay at this hotel again.
