"This is a great apartment with all the amenities you would need. The hosts went the extra mile and pre-stocked a few items in the refrigerator which allowed us to just relax and not need to immediately run out to the grocery store. It was clean and modern allowing us to relax and enjoy the space and each other."

"We were stopping over 4 nights for a dance event and this apartment was perfect for a rest at the end of busy days. The well stocked fridge and cupboards was a bonus, it was great to have breakfast without having to go out anywhere. Ideal for couples, friends or families. Highly recommend! I'll be back whenever I return to LA."

"The location of this studio can't be beat, and that's the primary reason we chose to stay here. We were so busy that we basically only slept and showered there. The bathroom was a tight squeeze for three grown women, and there is no space to store your toiletries, so be aware of that. The sink in the bathroom is very tiny and if you use any dishes that is the only sink to wash thwm in. "

"We have been here now a couple of times and love it. A couple things you need to know if you're reading the other comments: Elite apartment is the only one that has the south balcony over the ocean (it is rentable and not the owners suite). The other two say resort view as you can't see the ocean from your apartment but can right outside your door on your deckbetween the buildings. The wall switches control the BOTTOM outlets. If the lamps are plugged into those, the switches work. The bed is...

"The place is nice and aptly described. The neighborhood is a bit mixed and little sketchy at 1 in the morning but what neighbor isn’t. Raymond was extremely nice and communicated well. "

"This was my very first time reserving a private property for travel accommodations (vs. a hotel). I was a little nervous as I have heard and read of some horror stories, but this was a great experience! The unit is in a well sought out area of Long Beach (near 2nd Street, Belmont Shore) and was clean and tidy as advertised. "This home was clean and beautiful. Right down the street from Venice beach and boardwalk with a vast selection of shops and restaurants with easy access to the beach. Alex was extremely friendly and gracious and helped make my wife and I’s honeymoon so special. He offered an amazing upgrade to the property and provided complimentary wine for us. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, all the stars- wonderful place to stay with wonderful hosts. "

"The property was in great location. Close enough to shops and dining, right on the beach. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom. So it was nice to sleep with the window open. The owners provide almost everything you need! Excellent response from owners if needed. Perfect weekend getaway. If we could have, we would have stayed longer!"

"The condo was just as advertised- beautiful, spacious, great amenities and perfect location for going to Venice Beach, Santa Monica and Hollywood! Nothing was too far! Annie was super helpful and responsive. Nice fitness center and pool. Couldn’t have asked for more!! "

"Staff was amazing. Super helpful and friendly. The DTLA Area isn’t too “Pretty” but felt safe walking the streets in the surrounding area late at night. There’s a few places to eat and a ton more about 5-10 blocks away. So if you’re searching for food just do your homework. Other than that i would return. Great price "
