"The apartment was clean and spacious and had pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't cooking, but one thing I didn't find was a cutting board in the kitchen. I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. "

"Terrible. Although I didn’t stay for my stay they threaten to take “legal actions” because their system never charged me on the due date for my stay. That resulting in us not staying because it was too much hassle. Mind u they claim they have video evidence of me checking in which is a lie because I never did. So to lie and say u have evidence when u clearly don’t is crazy. Mind u they are not even suppose to be air bnb’n out of their apartment. Well that’s what it seemed like. It was sketchy...

"The room is very dated and not well equipped like you would expect in even a cheap hotel. I couldn't find electrical outlets to charge phones in the room and had to use the outlets in restroom or closet. Breakfast was fine but the lady who prepared the breakfast was very rude. I think she also manages the property. I didn't know the downstairs restroom in the hallway was reserved for downstairs room only. It has no sign on the door so I used it quickly.
