"Lovely property with plenty of space for two adults, four 16-18 year olds and a dog! Plenty of outside space for our cockapoo to roam, loved the decking and gazebo area, pool very easy to look after during our stay, ideal location to chill out! Everything you need to have a relaxing holiday, and Vincent provided lots of info about the local area as well as ensuring we had everything we needed!"

"Cette maison est adaptée pour de courtes vacances. Elle est jolie et suffisamment équipée. Les escaliers sont dangereux pour les enfants et difficiles pour une personne âgée (marches inégales, glissantes). La maison est située sur un carefour très passager et est donc bruyante. Il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir les portes-fenêtres qui donnent sur la rue, malheureusement. Il faut passer par le trottoir pour accéder au jardin, dommage."

"This rental stated it had a washer & dryer as amenities, but this was false. We asked where they were located, the host gave us directions to the nearest laundromat. She was out of town for all our stay but the last day, & that's OK. She said we could use her washer once she returned for a cost of 5 euros. Check in did not go smoothly as we did not have the gate & keybox codes when we arrived. Communication with the host was sporadic as she could only convo thru vrbo & did not want to text or...

"Séjour en famille pour le WE de Noel 2022 (11 adultes). Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette maison, très spacieuse, bien équipée, dans un superbe cadre (très joli jardin paysager, face a l'étang de Paimpont). De très belles pièces de vie dont un salon avec une cheminée où nous avons passé de bons moments en famille ! Nous garderons tous de très bons souvenirs de ce séjour. "We loved everything about our stay in Evran - the town is charming and quiet and well situated for day trips to other parts of Brittany. We spent a lot of time at the tastefully decorated house, which is both cozy and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge areas so very comfortable. Virginie is an excellent host and the house and pool were unforgettable. We will definitely return and we highly recommend!"

"Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Nous avons aimé le calme des lieux. L'espace que ce soit pour les grands ou les petits. Le confort. Ce logement a tout ce dont nous avons besoin.
