"Amazing home, Pictures don't do it justice. We did arrive late, but direction to the home were perfect. We were welcomed by Dolores and Jairo, both very sweet and welcoming. Dolores cooked all our meals for us. Amazing typical nica food and yummy. This is house is very kid friendly, wonderful for families. Loved the location of the house. Christine was very communicative, answered right away. She also called ma few days before to confirm everything, give us some tips on our destination, very very helpful. We also had the please of meeting her in person, such a sweet person. Highly recommend this home. Loved the beach, loved seeing the locals. "

"Perfect for our family of 7. One 8 year old. Close to numerous good restaurants, surfing, walks, tide pools and surf board rentals. House was lovely and having a small pool was great. Easy to prepare our own meals if we chose to. Our host Karina, was amazing. Always available, always helpful. She even found a delicious birthday cake at the last minute. I hope to return. "

"Property & Amenities: 3/5 The house itself is undeniably beautiful, boasting a spacious layout and a fully equipped interior. However, maintenance is lacking, with visible cracks on the walls and floors, likely due to construction methods. Some of the equipment are outdated, which slightly affects the overall experience. The pool, while a great feature, does not have a heater, making it quite cold at night this could be a downside. Technology & Connectivity: 2.5/5 Two of the TVs were not functional, and the WiFi signal was weak, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on a stable internet connection for work or entertainment. This is an area where improvements are needed. Conclusion: This home rental has great potential due to its prime location and beautiful structure. However, the lack of upkeep, outdated equipment, connectivity issues, and difficulty accessing necessities make the stay less seamless than it could be. With better maintenance and minor upgrades, this property could offer an exceptional experience. Recommended for: Guests looking for a peaceful getaway close to the beach and don't mind minor inconveniences related to maintenance and accessibility. Almost forgot to mention: GPS directions provided by the hotel are not entirely accurate, leading to potential confusion for guests. Additionally, while there is a small town nearby for basic necessities, sourcing specific items like fresh meat for a barbecue can be challenging."

"Fantastic host, staff and place. I had problems with vrbo app while booking but John Paul did an excellent job fixing ever for me. Beautiful place , views and location. Short walk down the beach to several good restaurants. We were there early in the week and the beach was almost deserted. I imagine it’s a lot busier on the weekends. Will definitely be back to visit again. "

"Me and my partner booked this not long after it opened- Jean and his partner were really easy to communicate with and ask questions pre-arriving like laundry/transport. Once there the vibes were great, really relaxed and amazing setting close to the sea. The accommodation itself is awesome- super high quality, everything has been done to a really high spec. You can tell they've put a lot of love and attention into creating the accommodation and surroundings. They also organised surf lessons for us which were fun. Food also on point and great after a day surfing. All in all highly recommend- we'd love to return again. Thanks for having us! "
