"It's new but not finished. Lots of little things that need attention. the patio door would not lock, plug in the sink did not work, bin bags not in bins, kettle would only work in certain sockets. Fixture and fittings are all to a high standard, shower hot and powerful. Noise from next door was quite loud so soundproofing wasn't the best. Bed was comfortable, pillows were good. For the money it was very good. "

"Next door Tika bar was very loud until 7am every night made worse by some guy shouting outside it all the time. We complained and got a room change opposite side of the hotel but still heard the same guy for our 4 night's shouting and waking us up, so we had very little sleep. Gym was very tired dumbbells jumped from 17.5kg to 50kg nothing in between plus no aircon so it was crazy hot inside. The aircon wasn't working in the corridors outside the rooms either. "We liked the spacious apartment and the balcony overlooking the sea was nice for breakfast and supper. This place is well situated for good beaches, bars & restaurants, shops and attractions. We stayed a week and found parking on the street a bit of a problem at the weekend. The housekeeping was every other day. Kitchen equipment was generally OK except we couldn't find the right pods for the coffee machine at the Carrefour... so we brought our own kettle and also needed to buy a couple of wine...

"This is a small hotel, on the beach front with an excellent help your self buffet restaurant. Staff were welcoming, very friendly. Room was basic but bed comfortable, ample supplies including water. A mini bar was available but with a nice coffee bar available downstairs not necessary. A band played in the bar in the evening but finished earlier enough not to disturb our sleep. "We have stayed at the hotel twice this year and I have thought carefully about this review . It is a beautiful and luxurious place to stay. The rooms are beautifully styled and have luxurious bathrooms and balconies where you can soak up the sun whilst overlooking the golf course. There is a gym and pool. "The staff were warm, attentive and helpful. This was especially important for me because it was our first time traveling to Valencia Spain. I was there with my family to run the Valencia marathon. On the day of the race, they prepared a breakfast buffet early to cater to the needs of the runners. I was be happy about that. Very happy with Bartos. "

"We choose the hotel as the outside areas looked spacious and also it appeared to have nice areas inside to use, including a restaurant. On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist.
