"The place was beautiful and the food was really good. The staffs were nice. The only thing no shuttle bus to the airport and the parking too far from the hotel. "This hotel is beautiful and iconic Service is slow and not what I would expect with a hotel of this caliber. Elevator was so slow we always took stairs, bar was so slow you usually wait 3-5 minutes before being acknowledged to be seated. Lots of guests in line left. Not acceptable service. The breakfast was OK and again very slow service"

"Loved the location across from the cathedral. Very walkable, with the tram stations within 5 minutes and the train station in 8 minutes. Grocery store and mall across the street. Staff were the best. Lots of amenities available. Breakfast was at the cafe below, so coffee and pastry tray at tables beneath the cathedral, watching people go by. Great gelato place on the same block. There is a tiny two-person elevator for those who can’t do stairs. "
