"This hotel is located right in between el Zocalo and Bellas Artes. There’s plenty of shopping and dining areas around and a lot to explore. Although it is an older hotel, it is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was okay, don’t get there towards the end or everything will be cold. I would stay here again for the location and walkability. Only con is that it’s located on a street with no car access but a cab can easily drop you off a couple feet away. "

"In general we have had a good experience. However there something needs to be improved. The main issue we had was with the super limited breakfast, there were only a few options and they were not delicious or they had no taste. They could make something that international guests enjoy, too. At least boiled eggs please !!!! Their services during the breakfast was very average, too. Not enough cups, bowls, etc and you had to wait someone might recharge it sometime. And finally non of them speaks...
