I loved my stay. The hotel was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff are professional and nice. My room was spacious and quiet.Wifi worked great. Bathroom has rainfall showerhead and hot water worked well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, with lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again!

When i booked the hotel, for a while i was considering cancelling after reading some of the comments. But this new hotel absolutely deserves a 10. I was welcomed by very friendly staff, smooth check in and the room was comfortable and clean. I had a very good rest. Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again! And not to forget, excellent location in a very safe and quiet area within walking distance everything

The major inconvenience I faced is the noise around, you can hear people taking, front desk phone ringing, stairs steps. My room was not properly clean by the time j Cheked in and I has to ask for toilet paper the next morning. People at the front desk were very very very friendly and welcoming

Arriving at the property, my room was dirty, there were no towels or toilet paper, I had to go down to ask for it in the lobby, the guys at reception were very attentive, very cordial, especially the gentleman, I don't remember his name but he is a very attentive and nice guy, the maids saw us and did not come to clean the rooms, the place is very nice but the maids are very unprofessional

Take your business elsewhere. I made my booking two weeks prior. when I got to the hotel, they tell me it was overbooked and just like that I was on the street. Niether the hotel nor expedia assumed any responsability. I have no words to describe how we feel. Our limited vacation got even shorter after these people decided to overbook the hotel without letting those affected know on time to plan accordingly. I wont ever use or recommend expedia nor this hotel.

Muy buena ubicación, utilizamos la estancia para asistir al Auditorio Nacional, muy cerca para dejar el coche (con parquimetro) y tomar Uber. Servicio muy amable, con wifi, todo excelente! Me volvería a quedar!

Me gustó mucho el edificio… se siente que está recién remodelada la finca… se siente limpio el lugar excepto una toalla y una sábana que estaba algo manchadas. No dudo que que estaban limpias pero se veían manchadas. Tuve 2 grandes detalles de los cuales hicieron que mi experiencia fuera mala. 1 la habitación 10 no le llega señal de internet y tampoco red normal de Telcel.… creo que es importantísimo poner ampliadores de internet. Las almohadas de muy mala calidad. Creo que esas almohadas las deben de tirar e invertir en buenas almohadas. De ahí en adelante todo fue perfecto!
