"Our stay at this house was absolutely Incredible from the second we pulled up to the second we left. The ten of us there for a golf trip were completely satisfied to say the least! Julio, the property owner, is fantastic and in communication with us every step of the way!The staff greeted us outside with frozen tropical drinks as we arrived. Frank, the head butler couldn’t do enough, ensuring everything was made possible, ascertained all food was purchased, making sure all TV’s were working...

It is really like no other place with the beauty and warm waters of the Carribean combined with an active 7000 acre gated community with many top restaurants concerts and events going on. You can stay for a month and find something new and interesting do do every day. Toronjas 1 is a perfect house right in the center of it all. "

"We had 5 guys on a 2 day trip to DR to fish. We didn't stay at the house much given we were fishing all day but it was great to come home to and relax and the staff was quite helpful. They cooked a traditional chicken, rice and beans dinner for us one evening and it was great."

"This property was a perfect choice for our family. We had more room than needed. The master bedroom had one King bed and a bathroom and the other two bedrooms each had two double beds and its own bathroom. The property had a beautiful outdoor area with plentiful seating both in the shade and in the sun and an inviting large pool. Communication with the owner before we arrived was excellent. He arranged airport transportation both ways for us and we rented a golf cart and bicycles for the time...
