A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. "The place is beautiful, the staff didn’t speak much English , but they so tried , bless them, Coco and Yasin were so helpful and also the 2 ladies we met at checkout on the 2nd September 2025 They were so very helpful It’s a hotel with kitchen, after spending 3 nights with takeaway , we were just so happy to get a kitchen to cook , there are shops nearby , one just next to the train station , if you want a good picture perfect village , get on the train and go to Annecy for just 5 euro . There is nothing much to see in Annemasse . But this kitchen hotel is lovely , bars, restaurants and Monoprix shop just seconds literally across the hotel "
