"Check-in was great. The reception was friendly and helpful with my ordering of grab food and transport the following day to the airport. First I requested to borrow an extension as there was no power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop. Thereafter, I was told none was available. I reported one of the ceiling lights is not functioning. Engineering came and checked, smiled, said okay, and left. Never to return. The shower fixture was leaking. "The rooms were nice and light, spacious, and airy. The hotel was nice and modern although there were a few areas where you could see already that there will be wear and tear. The infinity pool was very nice and great view of the harbour at sunset. There isn’t much to do in Labuan bajo itself but the hotel is well located for the airport / town / port / food night market. This was a good one night stop after arriving in Labuan Bajo and before departing on a Komodo cruise the next day."
