Spacieux et lumineux. Traversant avec deux belles terrasses. Bien équipé en mobilier et en électroménager. Supers couchers de soleil. Parking au sous-sol. Si c'est possible : - Un store pour protéger du soleil la terrasse côté mer l'après-midi et le soir. - une climatisation pour les chaudes journées d'été.

Bien recent et bien entretenu a un emplacement parfait qui nous a permis de faire l’integralite de notre sejour sans toucher a la voiture et sans souffir de la chaleur grace au vent traversant l’appartement. On recommande!
