"Check in was quick and efficient. It was nice that I was able to communicate in English . Room and bathroom were a good size and the bed size was a queen as described. The only request would be to have better signage to the entrance elevator for heavy luggage or mobility but maybe this is common in Italy . Cut through the lovely cafe .
