"This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned...

The stepping stones used as stairs are uneven, some wobbly, and no hand rails, which made them very UNSAFE. The home needs a new latch on the gate and a handle on the patio door. We didn’t receive our door code, but the owner got back to us right away with the information we needed. It’s a ten minute bus ride to the lifts in Laax, or drive and pay for parking."

"The first single room was very small with a very small window. The second was bigger with a much nicer window and drapes. It was close to everything and there was gluten free bread for me each morning. Very much appreciated thank you. The property was warm at all times and had dinner and lunch options.
