"Staff was excellent in helping me adjust and also help me in getting a tour guide last minute. My room upgrade was wonderfully amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed my time here. My experience in Machupicchu was incredible and this hotel made it perfect! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Machupicchu!"

"The staff were friendly and welcoming! I went on an Amazon tpur and stayed there when I came back. The rooms were extremely clean, immaculate. The shower had an abundance.of hot water, I always check in Ecuador, nothing like having a head full of shampoo and the water turns to ice. You will never worry about hot water at Hotel Imperial Coca. There really is no outside area for the hotel, hard to even know it was a hotel from the street. That's the reason for that rating. If I ever went back to Coca I would HAPPILY stay at Hotel Imperial Coca again!"
