"Very nice room. FANTASTIC staff. We arrived on a Friday night. We were initially given a room with a scheduled closed balcony for Monday-Friday (for painting). This was unacceptable so we asked for a different room. The staff was very helpful in relocating us to an even better room with a corner balcony. The pool is nice. We were very surprised there was minimal “pressure” on the loungers with umbrellas that we’ve routinely encountered at other nearby resorts. One downside - no pool bar....

"This is a beautiful property and the unit Puna 2 we stayed in was a beautiful well kept studio. Our stay was short due to other plans but we very much enjoyed every amenity. The view of Napili Bay was splendid. The help we received from Mo the concierge who solved the problem of no Uber service was apreciated.."

"I’m giving this good ratings but I did want to comment on a few issues. Overall, we enjoy this place and it was our 2nd time back. We stayed in room 823. The toilet in the master was not working right and I noticed it right away when we arrived. It had a small bit of water running all the time so it always made noise. My 2nd complaint with this unit was that there were a lot of small/medium size cockroaches all over. I probably killed 15-30 of them but it didn’t seem to make a difference....
