"It was the best hotel in every aspect. The biggest issue was that we visited during the off-season, and it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance that the restaurant, pool, and activities would be closed. While we enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing stay, it could feel a bit boring at times."

"The hotel staff was lovely, but the manager not so great. Whilst it is a new hotel, there are evidently teething problems. It poses itself as having many restaurants, yet these are nearly impossible to book due to the terrible booking system. You'll have to either complain or provide tips if you want any chance of securing other restaurants other than the buffet. Other hotels comparable to this one are better. For the price point you're probably better off choosing another hotel."

"Booked last minute after my flight home was cancelled at boarding. Nice hotel not too far from the airport. Very cheap given it was out of season. Breakfast was included but given the late arrival I opted for more sleep. The staff were excellent, particularly the guy at the front desk on arrival who helped us print out new boarding passes to save queueing at the airport."

We were surprised to find well stocked shops on the premises downstairs, that was handy and a huge plus.it was very thoughtful to offer a late breakfast every day especially for customers who had to get used to the 3-hour time difference. "Extremely helpful staff. Nice comfortable room. Very good breakfast included in price. Great affordable price. Lovely pool on site. Few minutes walk to seafront. Lots of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets on doorstep. Higly recommended. I will definitely visit again "

"Excellent seafront hotel close to centre of Güllük. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Parking was available in front of hotel. There was a market very close by on a Thursday. It was only 10 minutes from Bodrum airport so ideal for using if you have a late night arrival. Good choice of food for breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. "

"Location is excellent. Rooms were clean. However furnitures need to be repaired. Air conditioner is very loudy. Breakfast wasn't delicious. The elevator smells bad, most probably because of the pool. "

"The concept is nice annd the Apt was on 2nd floor. The apt was was barely equipped and beds were mattresses only. The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling and the caulking around the shoe was brown and dirty(stained) There is a mosque across the street which is pretty to look at but will wake you at 5 for prayer. "

Swimming pool serves the hotel but was not open at the time of my two night stay (very beginning of the season) although it was being cleaned and filled as I checked out. Really helpful staff

"We had 3 weeks at Mavi and stayed in a basement apartment. The apartment was great and every day a cleaner came in and serviced it. We hadclean towels every day which was great. Unfortunately the water company turned the water off for 2 days. It was a pain but Mavi offered us somewhere to shower and although it wasn't their fault were really apologetic. The staff are lovely and helpful and i would definitely stay in one of their apartments again"
