Worth It
Not very large on the outside, this place is all you could want in a vacation home for two, plus fur babies. The outside space is narrow, but well appointed and private. No vistas to admire, but we were there for the April 2024 eclipse, so we saw all we wanted! Inside is comfy and attractive, with lots of considerate touches. A real kitchen. It's worth it!

Cute Place
Just visiting family in Dallas. This cute cottage was quiet and cozy for me and my son. The projector was an added bonus to watch movies in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Pet escaped.
The only issue I really had was one of my small pets got out of the yard at night. After committing with the host, I realized that the small openings allow for water drainage during heavy rains. I did not know where to make this rating change so I did it under the cleanliness.

Awesome Stay
The property was well advertised and we enjoyed staying at the “Mermaid House”. The outside sitting area has a nice privacy fence and we had a feel of seclusion. The driving to all the areas was well within 20 minutes. If we come back to Dallas area we’d want to stay at the same place.
