"We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. "Love it love it love it. Kids loved it and we did too. The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. Everything in the house worked great.Too great may I say that the A/C in the house had to turned off for a few hrs because of got too cold inside, knowing outside was HOT. "This cottage is a short walk from the town square. The property has grills and a hot tub. There are areas to hang out both indoors and out. The property is fun to explore. Our infant slept soundly in the bedroom while we played cards outside or sat in the hot tub. The hot tub is within range for our video baby monitor. Some board games would be a nice addition to this space. This is a nice spot to relax and would be a great space for gatherings - particularly if you could snag other spots on...

"Everything at this house is good. Except the hot tub filter looked pretty nasty. So that was a disappointment as it was one of the main reasons why we booked this house. We didn’t go in it. And the silverware drawer is hard to open. It does have an awesome view. "
