"The room was very clean and neat. There were a couple of problems. The first was that the heat would not stay on. It could only be set for automatic and had a movement sensor. Despite doing a dance in front of the sensor we couldn't get it to stay on. It would stay on a couple of minutes and then turn off. To get it started again we had to raise the heat and do the dance for a few more minutes of heat. The room remained cold through the evening. Inexplicably it seemed much better the next...

"I began my stay at the Super 8 on New Years Eve and stayed for 5 nights ... The rooms were very clean and smelled good. Everything was great. The gentleman at the Front Desk was polite and friendly and not only was he accommodating to our needs he was understanding about our situation and worked with me when he didn't have to. "We liked everything about this property. We will be telling others about Candlewood Suites. We will be staying again in the future. I really loved the cuboards and the fact that they were stocked with plates, cereal bowls, salad bowls etc. Drawers had silverware for for 2 people plus can opener etc. Stove refrigerator microwave. This is top notch. Staff was so polite and enjoyable too. We came down from Cheboygan MI for a funeral this made our trip worth it. Thank you."
