"Just opposite to the train station, the lodge provided self checkin services, you can easily get the key and relax in the lodge. The ground floor provide hot water and a snack machine which is very convenient. The room and toilet was very clean and we felt very comfortable staying there."

"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "

"The property was clean and well stocked. The mountain views from the porch and interior (including the shower!) were great. The host was very responsive and accommodating. It is quite a walk from the downtown and train station, but nice and quiet. Highly recommended!"

"All the staff were friendly and professional. They made it feel like home. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was super convenient. I loved their daily breakfast buffet which was included in hotel rate. Overall, this was a great hotel and I would love to come back when I visit Lucerne."

"Small hotel close to the train station and about an 8-10 minute walk to the old town. The “big room” was spacious with a nice sitting area. I saw the “medium room” and it was big enough for 2 people. You may hear trams go by but it’s not loud and frequent. The area around the hotel is great with several coffee shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
