"Cute little apartment perfect for what we needed it for. My daughter (8 yrs) and I traveled in to Albany for the TSO concert and needed a place to stay. The apartment is so cute and very clean and comfy. If you aren't from the area, I could see perceptions of concerns about safety but my daughter and I walked to and from the arena and felt perfectly safe. Communications with Linda were great. Check in and out was easy peasy. We will look to book again if we return to Albany. "

"We were very happy with our stay. The vrbo was very clean, well laid out and neighbourhood was quiet. Beds were comfy and we even got a new couch delivered when we walked in the door. :) We loved staying in a historical building too! The one small recommendation i would make is not to supply cheap, single ply toilet paper."

"Our Hosts were welcoming and considerate. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed evenings on the deck watching the sunset. The location is quiet and we enjoyed exploring New York and Vermont. We even trecked up to Montreal for the day. "

"The apartment was absolutely PERFECT. Our reservations were for 3 days, but a calender snafu caused us to cut it to 2, Klara & Greg contacted us promptly and were able to change it without too much hassle. They even ensured that we would be able to check in an hour earlier because of the mix-up. Coming back to the apartment after dinner our first night, it was delightful to drive down the street to find the tree in the front of the house was lit from head to toe, beckoning us to this lovely...

"The apartment was clean and check in was smooth. We enjoyed being able to walk places easily. Some basics seemed to be missing - salt, pepper, a spatula - the bathtub was broken. Several windows could not shut all the way. I let the property manager know so hopefully this gets fixed before the next guests."

"Place was clean. Had a small musty wet smell but to be expected in a basement apartment. Needed a couple more towels for a weekend stay for 2 should have atleast 4 towels. Other than that it was good overall! Reasonable prices! "

"The stay was great! The pictures and descriptions of the location and place are accurate. The apartment was clean and had useful supplies one would have in their home. I was able to bring my three dogs and definitely appreciate it! The directions and instructions of what to do during our stay and leaving were easy. Good location and close to many places . "

"Stayed overnight after going to Proctors for the last waltz. Everything was great. Neighborhood is nice but watch out for some sketchy ppl walking the road. Felt safe inside. "

"The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."
