"We have a group of 25 that have been celebrating New Year’s together for the past 30 years. This worked great as everyone had their own bedroom and there was plenty to do on-site. The clubhouse and pool were enjoyed by all! We look forward to staying there again next year."

"This was our first time using VRBO, and also checking out the Catskills. It was perfect. The house is charming, unique, full of personality, and surrounded by breathtaking views. It snowed our entire trip and we had a roaring fire each night in the huge stone fireplace. It was perfectly relaxing and idyllic. The Sauna, darts, board games, and bar with vintage glasses were all highlights! We can’t wait to come back in the Spring or summer to see the river when it isn’t frozen. "

"Scott and Anne were incredible hosts, and their home was perfect for our group. We were a large group, and had a ton of space. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook giant meals. The hot tub was amazing. Scott and Anne were responsive, and even came early in the morning to plow us out of the driveway when there was a lot of snow. We will definitely be back!!!! "

"We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean when we arrived and beds were comfortable. The location was very close to skiing at Elk which was perfect for us. It’s in a rural spot so nice and quiet. I think this property would be just as fun in the summer as it is in the winter with the pond and the fire pit. "Had 10 (50) friends get together for a long weekend in the mountains. The property is better than expected and the photos are accurate. Everyone had a bed which made this the right place. Great location and area for hiking. We were there in winter so unable to use the pool or pond, but that didn’t matter.Plenty of space for everyone. "I booked this property for a birthday weekend for my adult children and I. I wanted a house close to a lake and also hiking, and this was perfect! The home had everything we needed to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and have a great stay. The fishing was excellent and the sup was used by everyone! We met lovely people at the beach and ended each day at the firepit. The property was pet friendly, and there were even dog treats for us upon arrival!
