Upon arriving at the property, the owner (who was insanely rude right off the bat) tried to extort us for more money and refused to give us the room unless we paid or even our money back. Ability to add on breakfast seamlessly without the front desk sending you to the restaurant or asking you to ask the restaurant to post the charge to the account (ie, the front desk should take care of this all if guest is telling them to just add it all on to the credit card/payment option already in use)
Every room that has two guests should automatically have two kits for each item (two soaps/shower gel/brush/comb vanity kits/hand towels)
