Book this property directly with Bachcare, they are still based in NZ and don't have customer service call centres based overseas. We tried to change our booking and it was virtually impossible as their app doesn't work! They don't reply to their emails and their call centre said they would call back, they never did. Luckily I was able to go through Bachcare and they sorted it eventually. "
